-High Sugar/Carbohydrate Content Diet -Irregularity Diet Schedule -Genetics -Irregularity in Sleep -Smoking habit -High Blood Pressure

-Do Exercise,  -Reduce calorie intake -Focus on green vegetables -Stop late-night food -Exercise at least for 30 min

-Light walks after lunch -Schedule sleeping time -Stop smocking -Control other risk factors
